(KSDK) -- 101 Sports radio host Randy Karraker stopped by the Show Me kitchen to prepare his favorite recipe.
Total prep time 15 minutes.
1 cup skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
1 cup frozen sliced carrots
1 cup frozen cauliflower
1 cup frozen asparagus cuts
1 bottle Italian salad dressing
1 box linguini
Parmesan cheese, if desired
In deep fry pan, cook chicken in half bottle of Italian dressing over medium heat until you don't see any pink on the meat. Add carrots, cauliflower and asparagus and mix, adding remainder of the dressing and heat to a simmer. While mixture simmers, put linguini in boiling water for nine minutes. Rinse linguini and serve mixture over pasta, sprinkling with parmesan to taste.
