• 6 100% whole wheat pita breads
• 1 can tomato pizza sauce
• 2 cups pizza blend cheese
• Turkey pepperoni
• Peppers and assorted vegetables
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Warm pitas in the preheated oven or in a microwave for 1 minute, or until soft. Spread lightly with tomato sauce, pressing to flatten while spreading. Add toppings to taste. Spread the pitas on a large baking sheet and place in the preheated oven 8 minutes, or until the pita bread has reached desired crispness. Serve whole, or cut into slices.

• 2 cups thawed frozen strawberries, peaches, or mixed berries
• 1 cup low fat milk
• 3 tablespoons white grape juice concentrate
Puree 2 cups of frozen berries or peaches and 3 tablespoons white grape juice concentrate with no added sugar in a blender or food processor. Stir about 1/3 cup of the fruit puree into 1 cup low-fat milk. Cover and refrigerate the remaining puree for up to 5 days.
