Hacienda's Veggie Layer Dip (serves 4-6)

8 oz. refried beans
4 oz. shredded Monterrey jack cheese
3 oz. finely minced fresh broccoli
3 oz. finely minced fresh cauliflower
3 oz. finely minced fresh red cabbage
2 oz. diced tomatoes
2 oz. sliced black olives
2 oz. seasoned sour cream
2 oz. fresh guacamole
1 oz. vinaigrette dressing
1 oz. queso anejo
12 oz. Hacienda corn tortilla chips

8 oz. refried beans4 oz. shredded Monterrey jack cheese3 oz. finely minced fresh broccoli3 oz. finely minced fresh cauliflower3 oz. finely minced fresh red cabbage2 oz. diced tomatoes2 oz. sliced black olives2 oz. seasoned sour cream2 oz. fresh guacamole1 oz. vinaigrette dressing1 oz. queso anejo12 oz. Hacienda corn tortilla chips

1. Toss broccoli, cauliflower, red cabbage, tomatoes and black olives in vinaigrette dressing, set aside
2. Spread refried beans in a thin layer over a 12" platter
3. Spread Monterrey jack cheese evenly over the refried beans
4. Sprinkle vegetable mixture evenly over the refried beans and cheese
5. Spread or pipe seasoned sour cream around the edge of the mixture leaving a space in the middle for 1 large scoop of guacamole
6. Place 2 oz. scoop of guacamole at the center of the mixture
7. Sprinkle queso anejo evenly over the entire platter
8. Garnish with 10-12 Hacienda corn tortilla chips, serve with remaining chips
