Yogurt Breakfast Parfait 

Makes 1 Serving
Prep Time: 5 min
Cook Time: 5 min



  •  1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  •   1/2 cup crunchy low-fat cereal or granola, divided
  •  1/2 cup fresh fruit, sliced (i.e. strawberries, blueberries, pineapple)


To assemble parfait, begin with 1/2 cup yogurt in the bottom of a bowl or tall glass. Add 2 tablespoons cereal and 1/4 cup fruit. Repeat. Top with the remaining 2 tablespoons of cereal.

Peanut Butter Yogurt Fruit Dip

Makes 5 Servings

Cook time: 5 minutes



1 cup non fat vanilla greek yogurt

1/3 cup peanut butter


Combine ingredients in small bowl with a whisk.  Serve immediately or put in refrigerator.
