2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
Heat grill to medium-low.
Halve and pit peaches; brush both sides with butter.
Place peaches on grill; cover grill, and cook until charred and softened, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
16 ounces (2 cups) low fat or fat free vanilla yogurt
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Note: can also serve grilled peaches with frozen vanilla yogurt

Grilled Bananas with chocolate chips and marshmallow

2 large bananas with peels left on
½ cup chocolate chips
1 cup marshmallows
2 cups non fat vanilla frozen yogurt for topping
Slice bananas in half length ways. Place bananas, flesh side down, on a hot grill and lower heat, grill for 3 minutes and turn over. Place chocolate and marshmallows on bananas and leave on heat for another 5 minutes, until bananas are soft and chocolate and marshmallows are melted.
Serve with frozen yogurt or ice cream
