The Botanical Garden wants visitors to dig into Foodology
"This summer we're just asking people to look a little deeper into where their food comes from," explained Katie O'Sullivan, Botanical Garden.
Guests can explore the connection between plants and the food we eat through daily activities at the garden.
"All of our programming this summer is centered around food, learning about food, exploring new foods to eat," said O'Sullivan.
Celebrity Chef Mondays
Herbs and Heirlooms Tuesdays
Backyard Kitchen Wednesdays
Food of our Roots Fridays
Family Food Saturdays
Daily activities are included with the cost of admission. There's a cost if you decide to try some of the plant inspired drinks on Sundays.
"We want to inspire everybody just to learn a little bit more about ways that they can grow their own food and what they can eat."
Foodology runs througth the end of August. You can learn more at www.mobot.org.
