Rigatoni Matriciana


Rigatoni pasta

Small yellow onion diced

olive oil

fresh basil

two slices pancetta 1/4" thickness diced

white wine

salt n pepper

Parmesan Cheese

2 jars of Sanfilippo's Marinara Sauce


-    Saute onions on a low flame, with a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil, adding the basil and pancetta

-    When pancetta begins to cook, splash some white wine and allow to reduce for approximately 2 minutes

-    Add Sanfilippo's Marinara, and simmer on low

-    Boil pasta in salted water, strain, plate, add sauce and Parmesan cheese

-    Ready to serve
