6 Vine Ripened Tomatoes (diced)
1/2 Red Onion (finely chopped)
2 Jalapenos (finely chopped)
1/3 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
1 tbsp Lime Juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
With a serrated knife, cut tomatoes into quarters and remove the seeds and pulp. Dice the tomatoes and add to a large mixing bowl.
Combine the remaining ingredients with the tomatoes.
Season the salsa with sal and pepper. Taste the salsa, adjusting the seasoning if necesary.
Allow the salsa to marinate for 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors combine.
