St. Louis (KSDK) -- St. Louis-based company Emerson Electric recalls some of its ceiling fans.

There have been three reports of Corsair model fans falling from the ceiling because of a faulty hanger bracket.

None of these incidents caused any injuries.

The Emerson Corsair model ceiling fans have two blades and 44 or 52-inch blade spans. The fans were sold in two finishes, oil-rubbed bronze and antique pewter.

The fans were sold at fan and lighting stores nationwide, on Emerson Fans' website and on Amazon between January 2009 through June 2010.

For additional information, contact Emerson Air Comfort Products at 866-994-8759 Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EDT, or visit the firm' website.
