Anheuser-Busch biergarten rendering
ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - The St. Louis Anheuser-Busch brewery will break ground next month on a biergarten.
The Anheuser-Busch biergarten will be adjacent to the tour center at 12th and Lynch Streets.
It is expected to be open to the public by mid-summer.
The biergarten will have 17 beers on draught and feature special beer tastings, including a Brewmaster's Tasting daily at 3 p.m. Guests will learn about beer styles, how to pour and present beer and how to properly pair beer with food. The biergarten will open with a limited menu initially. Grilled meats, small sandwiches and other light fare will be offered later this year.
Brewery tour participants will be able to go to the biergarten before and after tours. The biergarten will be open to all guests during operating hours. Specific hours of operation will be released in the future.
There will be no charge for admission to the biergarten.
