ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - Schnucks is now facing a battle in the courtroom over a widespread security breach two class-action lawsuits have been filed against the grocery store chain, according to the St. Louis Business Journal.
The security breach started in December 2012 and wasn't discovered until March.
We were the first to expose the fraud once it was discovered.
Before it was contained, Schnucks says 2.4 million credit and debit card numbers were compromised.
The latest lawsuit questions why the chain didn't warn the public earlier about the breach.
