OMAHA, Neb. (AP) -- Teen pop singer Miley Cyrus' planned Omaha concert has been rescheduled because she is ill.
Cyrus' spokeswoman Jill Fritzo said Thursday that the concert that had been planned for Friday will be rescheduled for 7 p.m. on Oct. 13. All tickets for Friday's show will be honored on the new date.
Cyrus left the stage during her concert in Salt Lake City on Tuesday night after becoming ill, but returned to finish the show.
Cyrus posted messages on her Twitter account suggesting she has strep throat and apologizing for rescheduling the show. Cyrus says this is the first concert she's ever missed.
Fritzo did not address questions about other tour dates, including Saturday's show in Kansas City, Mo., and Sunday's show in St. Louis.
