17-year-old boy arrested in Kohl's parking lot armed robbery

Crestwood, Mo (KSDK) - Crestwood and St. Louis police arrested a 17-year-old man Monday afternoon in connection to an armed robbery in a Kohl's store parking lot.

Police said the suspect was arrested in the 3800 block of Wyoming in St. Louis.  He was then turned over to the Crestwood Police Department. 

Two people took the purse of a 32-year-old female customer at 10:43 a.m. on May 10. They took off in a green Chevrolet Impala.

Two women were robbed in the parking lot of stores in Mehlville and Shrewsbury within a few days of the Kohl's robbery. Police said they believe the same group may be responsible for all the armed robberies.

The name of the 17-year-old boy has not been released pending the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office filing charges.
