St. Louis (KSDK) - St. Louis police are asking for help identifying suspects involved n stealing auto parts from vehicles.

Police say the surveillance photos were taken at Liberty Auto Parts in the 3600 block of Cass Avenue June 14, July 10, and August 6.

Each time the suspects climbed the 13 foot fence on the east side of the secured lot and stole auto parts from vehicles. Radiators were typically stolen, but they also took compressors and loose aluminum.

The suspects threw the items over the fence, likely to another vehicle.

The incidents each happened in the early morning hours when the business was closed.

It is believed the materials stolen were sold to scrap businesses.

One suspect is described as a black male in his early 40s. He has a thin build, short salt and pepper colored hair, a dark complexion, full goatee and beard combination, and has a large script tattoo on the right side of his neck. In one surveillance photo the tattoo can be partially seen, and it appears three words are written.

Anyone with information regarding the incidents should contact CrimeStoppers at 866-371-TIPS. All calls are anonymous and callers may be eligible for a $1,000 cash reward.
