Troy, MO (KSDK) - The St. Charles County woman charged with selling illegal drugs to her father, who ended up in the hospital after overdosing is set for this November 28th.

Jodi England, 26 of O'Fallon, is charged in Lincoln County Circuit Court with illegal distribution of heroin and marijuana possession following her June arrest.

England waived her formal arraignment and entered a not guilty plea to the charges.

Prosecutors allege England sold the illegal drugs to her father Steve England, who police found while he was being treated at a hospital in Troy after overdosing on the heroin.

A search of Jodi England's car uncovered the evidence police needed to present to prosecutors in the case.  Among the items confiscated were syringes, and capsules with trace amounts of the drug.

Jodi England later admitted to investigators she sold the heroin and injected the drug into her father , causing him to overdose on the contraband.  The father later recovered.
