Car chase ends with shots fired, police say

St. Louis, MO (KSDK) - St. Louis police arrested two men for allegedly chasing after a driver in their car and firing shots at him in north city.

The shooting took place Tuesday, November 27 around 1 p.m. in the 3200 block of Parnell Street in the St. Louis Place neighborhood.

The victim, a 33-year-old man, told police he was at N. Grand Boulevard and Forest Park Avenue when he came into contact with the suspects' vehicle. The victim tried to exchange information with the other driver when that person became irate.

Fearing for his safety, the victim drove away and attempted to call police. The victim noticed the suspects' vehicle following him and heard several gunshots.

The victim was able to flag down police, who arrested the suspects, identified as two men, ages 18 and 19.
