Man robs St. Louis Community Credit Union dressed as woman

DELLWOOD, Mo. (KSDK) - Police are looking for a man who robbed a credit union dressed as a woman.

The robbery happened at the St. Louis Community Credit Union located in the 10000 block of W. Florissant Avenue in Dellwood.

Police say the man entered the credit union just before 4:30 p.m. and approached the teller with a handgun and demanded money.

The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No one was injured.

The suspect is described as a black male standing between 5'6" and 5'8" tall with a thin build. He was last seen wearing heavy makeup, a plain black ball cap, a long black curly wig, a knit scarf, gloves, a black top, black pants, and knee-high boots. He was also carrying a purse.
