ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - More charges have been filed against a man accused of attacking a woman in the Central West End.
Corie Harvey, 18, was charged earlier this week with second-degree attempted robbery after a woman walking in the 4500 block of Maryland Avenue was pulled the ground in an attempted robbery.
The woman did not have anything in her pockets, and the suspect got away without anything.
On Friday, Harvey was charged with second-degree robbery, one count of attempted forcible sodomy, and two counts of third-degree assault, stemming from two different incidents.
Court documents state a woman was attacked January 20 in the 5600 block of Delmar Boulevard.
Authorities say the woman's cane was thrown to the ground before she was punched in the face. Harvey is accused of then going through the victim's coat pockets and stealing $10 from her.
Harvey is then accused of hitting the woman several times while yelling obscenities at her.
The victim as forced to the ground as authorities say Harvey pulled down her pants and started rubbing her.
The woman yelled, "I've got AIDS" in an attempt to get the crime to stop because she could no longer defend herself.
Harvey is said to have continued touching the victim and then hitting her in the head with his fists and feet before walking away.
On January 24 Harvey is accused of punching a mentally handicapped man in his 60s in the face while walking in the 5500 block of Delmar Boulevard.
Court documents state the victim's caretaker saw the assault and asked Harvey to apologize. The caretaker told police Harvey laughed and then punched the victim again.
