WARREN COUNTY, Mo. (KSDK) - A Wright City, Missouri man has been arrested and charged with an incident stemming from a home invasion.
Michael P. Stout, 19, has been charged with four counts of sec-degree burglary, four counts of stealing under $500, and one count of second-degree property damage.
Authorities say Warren County deputies were called to the 11000 block of Cedar Tree Lane Wednesday around 10:15 a.m. for a report of a home invasion.
A 16-year-old girl who lived in the house came home early because she was sick. When she walked into the house she heard noises coming from the bathroom and realized there was a man she didn't know inside.
The man fled, and deputies searched for the suspect, identified as Stout, and found him at his home down the street around 11:30 a.m.
Police say they determined Stout had been watching female residents in the neighborhood and had broken into four homes while residents were away.
Authorities say they found 59 pairs of ladies panties, two sex toys, photos, assorted female clothing, a plastic Walmart bag with dozens of used feminine hygiene products in Stout's bedroom.
Stout is held on a $100,000 cash-only bond.
