IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI/CNN) - A drug bust in Idaho has netted 52 pounds of meth and nearly 30 pounds of cocaine.
Idaho State Police say the drugs were found during a traffic stop near Idaho Falls Saturday.
Police pulled over a rental truck for not staying in one lane. That's where police say K-9s sniffed out the drugs hidden among household items.
Both the driver and his passenger were arrested.
"I think the important thing to realize about this, is that this load was destined to somewhere in the United States and who knows how many lives we may have thwarted by taking off this load so it wouldn't make it to that community, it wouldn't have made it to the streets," said Danny Bunderson with Idaho State Police.
Police say the drugs have a street value of roughly $1 million.
