EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. (KDSK) - A Fairmont city man pleaded guilty Friday to participating in a cocaine distribution ring.
Antonio O. Escobar, 27, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute cocaine.
Twenty-eight other members of the ring have been convicted and sentenced.
Escobar is scheduled to be sentenced July 3. He faces up to life in prison, a fine up to $5 million, and at least five years of supervised release.
