ST. PETERS, Mo. (KSDK) - A man is accused of exposing himself to a teen girl Tuesday at a library.

Around 3:40 p.m. a witness called St. Peters police after observing a man talking to a teen girl while completely naked on the parking lot of Spencer Road Library.

The witness said the man was touching himself inappropriately while inside his vehicle. The girl did not get into the vehicle, and was seen walking away.

Police say they also received a phone call from the victim when she arrived home.  She told them the man approached her as she was walking and asked her if she needed a ride.  She confirmed the suspect was nude and touching himself inappropriately.

The suspect is described as Caucasian, between 30 and 40-years-old with dark hair and a goatee. He has a large build and a tattoo of an Irish flag on his upper right arm with cursive writing above the flag. He was last seen driving a green Nissan Xterra or similar model with tan leather interior and a partial license plate of AE9.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of the man is asked to call Det. Jeff Atkins at 636-278-2244, ext. 3592 or the non-emergency dispatch line at 636-278-2222.
