FIRST Tech Challenge Robotics Team wins Inspire Award

Webster Groves, MO (KSDK) - A local team of teenagers competing in a robotics tournament won a prestigious award.

The FIRST Tech Challenge robotics team Café Bot, competed at the Southern Missouri Qualifying Tournament on Saturday 14 where they won the Inspire Award.

The award is given to the team that embodied the challenged of the program. The recipients were chosen by the judges as having best represented a role model FIRST Tech Challenge team.

The team is comprised of Brandon Sanders, Kai Wada-Reinsteain, Paul Johnson, Tyler Horner, and Kai Yarasheski.
