Nashville, TN (WTVF) -- An outpatient clinic in Nashville, Tennessee is under investigation after 11 people treated there were found to have fungal meningitis.

Two of the patients died.

The viral strain is not contagious but health officials in Tennessee say as many as 737 people could be affected.

All of the patients received epidural steroid shots at St. Thomas Outpatient Neurosurgery Center between July 30th and September 20th.
