ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - A recent study says it's common for teenagers to change their diet and exercise more to achieve a muscular or tone appearance.

The researchers concluded muscle-enhancing behaviors were common for both boys and girls. One of the ways teenagers are gaining muscle is by taking protein powders, shakes and other supplements.
