TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) - Humans have come a long way since the days of caveman, but a new diet is looking to the past for healthier inspiration.
It's called the Paleo Diet, or the caveman diet.
The idea is that people should eat only what our ancestors would have been able to hunt and gather.
Seeds, nuts, fruits and vegetables are on the menu, and those who follow the diet believe that those are foods that our bodies are best evolved to process.
