Six arrested in Warrenton meth lab bust, toddler found

KSDK -- The Warren County Sheriff's Department has arrested six people after finding a meth lab outside a Warrenton home where a toddler was living.

The home is located at 712 Steinhagen Road. authorities seized loaded syringes of methamphetamine and other drug paraphenalia. Detectives had been involved in ongoing investigation into the possession, sale and manufacturing of controlled substances at this location.

A three-year-old child was also inside the residence and was released to the Department of Social Services Children's Division.

The suspects have been identified as Gary L. Helwig, Jason T. Stufflebean, Jessica J. Harris, Jennifer J. Graves and Misty L. Lively of Warrenton, and Joe E. Double of St. Peters.

Authorities have not said who is the parent of the toddler, or if the toddler's parent was among those arrested.
