A mid-Missouri man is jailed on burglary charges after police say he threw a cinder block through the window of a home he once shared with the victim. Police later learned that the suspect was under a military order to stay away from the woman... whom he had twice tried to chase out of the house.
John Fitzgerald Mullings, 37, is held on a $50,000 bond in the Pulaski County Jail. The sheriff says Mullings is a former domestic partner of the victim. Mullings is accused of using the block to smash a rear window of the home and trying to chase off his former domestic partner. The woman had visible abrasions when police arrived at the home Sunday on Harlan Lane in St. Robert, Missouri.
