Tina Christie killed attempting to make turn on Highway 30

High Ridge, MO (KSDK)--  A Jefferson County woman died Wednesday evening after her car was struck as she tried to make a left turn off Highway 30 at Carol Park Road.

33-year-old Tina Christie of High Ridge was killed just after 7:00 p.m., after her car was struck on the passenger side by an oncoming pick up truck.  Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers indicated the victim pronounced dead at the crash scene just moments later.

The driver of the pick-up truck, identified as 51-year-old James Stockwell of House Springs, was not injured in the collision.
