Chef E shares his special recipe for a unique spinach artichoke dip:

Large Onion - Chop and sauté
Fresh Spinach - Saute then squeeze to remove excess water
3 Cups fresh or canned Artichoke
1 Cup Cream - Bring to simmer then add preferred cheese to melt
Your choice of cheese
1 clove fresh garlic - Chop and sauté
Jalapeno (optional)
Olive oil
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Add spinach to creamed cheese mixture and enjoy
