Earth City, Mo (KSDK) -- The St. Louis Rams are going to Harrisburg, Illinois to help the tornado victims recover.
Rams players, cheerleaders, mascot Rampage and front office staff will load a bus with items to take to those affected by the deadly EF4 tornado last week. The team has partnered with Operation Blessing International and the Salvation Army to provide relief.
Rams players James Laurinaitis and Josh Hull with help with debris removal and assist in distribution centers.
The team will also surprise a single mom whose home was destroyed with a new home.
The day will conclude with a community event at Harrisburg Township High School.
The Rams also helped Joplin clean-up after a tornado devastated that town last spring.
