Joplin, MO (KSDK) - Tuesday's Day of Unity ceremonies to mark the one year anniversary of the deadly Joplin tornado will end at Cunningham Park.

The park has been rebuilt and serves as a tribute to the 161 people killed by the tornado.

There's a memorial fountain that sits just across the street from the destroyed St. John's Hospital.

The fountain features five water spouts at the top, 22 in the middle and 11 on the bottom.

It was designed that way to symbolize the date of the EF5 tornado, May 22, 2011.
