Douglas Oliver, Deborah Perkins charged with concealing death of Jessica Williams

Fairview Heights, IL (KSDK) - Two Fairview Heights people have been charged with concealment of a homicidal death and concealment of a death.

Detective Tim Mueller with the Fairview Heights Police Department says on March 19, 2012 30-year-old Jessica M. Williams of Collinsville was found dead in the 1700 block of North 62nd Street in Washington Park. She had been reported missing to the Madison County Sheriff's Department 11 days earlier.

The Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis was activated and determined through toxicology results Williams died of a drug overdose.

Investigators learned she died at 20 Kassing Drive in Fairview Heights, and her body was moved to the location it was found in Washington Park.

Douglas W. Oliver II, 24, and Deborah A. Perkins, 55, were identified as responsible for moving Williams' body to conceal her death.

Bond is set at $150,000 for each.

Oliver was taken into custody at his home. He is in custody at the Fairview Heights Police Department.

Perkins was not home at the time of the arrest and remains at large.
