Troy, MO (KSDK) - A teenager who threatened to kill students at Troy Buchanan High School last month has waived his court arraignment and will prepare for the evidence against him when he returns to court November 7th.
17 year old Blaine Erp was in court Monday to hear the charge of making a terrorist act against his peers on September 19th at the school.
Lincoln County deputies say Erp had shown his girlfriend a variety of loaded handguns he planned to use in the attack after his claim of being mistreated by those he was targeting.
The threat forced school district officials to place Troy Buchanan as well as New Horizons High School and Troy Middle School on lockdown while authorities searched for Erp.
Erp is currently free on a $25,000 cash bond
