(CNN) - The second accuser who claims former Sesame Street puppeteer Kevin Clash sexually abused him is speaking out.
Clash, the voice of Elmo, resigned amid accusations of sexual relationships with minors. His first accuser has recanted, but his second accuser Cecil Singleton is standing by his claims that they met on a gay chat line when he was 15.
"I was extremely vulnerable and as far as I'm concerned Kevin, with his profession, was in a unique position to know that I would be a receptive victim," said Singleton.
"You mean the fact that he deals with young people," said Dr. Drew.
"The fact that he works with children, yes," said Singleton.
"Is that your concern, that he could victimize other children," said Dr. Drew.
"That was pretty much my main motivation for coming forward. I felt extremely guilty like, by seeing a decent side of him or seeing what I wanted to, I'd put him in contact with more children," said Singleton.
Singleton says they engaged in sexual acts over several years and he has filed a lawsuit, seeking $5 million in damages.
Clash denies the accusations.
