St. Louis (KSDK)--Ten NFL players, including two St. Louis Rams, will climb Mount Kilimanjaro for a good cause in February.
Sam Bradford and Danny Amendola will join Doug Pitt on the climb designed to raise money for charity. Pitt is the brother of Brad Pitt, and the Goodwill Ambassador to Tanzania.
He's organized the event called "Tackling Kilimanjaro," and 100 percent of the money raised goes to drill water wells in Tanzania and Kenya.
"I'm thrilled with the NFL players and just their heart," says Pitt. "We've done several trips together but this will be the first one climbing Kilimanjaro, so the fact that you get to climb with them will be quite a treat.
The group will ride mountain bikes on the way down.
Each climber must raise $25 thousand dollars to go.
There are still some spaces available.
