COLUMBIA, Mo. (KSDK) - The University of Missouri has announced that it will be open Wednesday and classes will go on as scheduled.
Campus officials say that all roads, sidewalks, and building entrances have been cleared.
"We are extremely appreciative of our campus crews who have worked so hard to prepare the campus, keep our students fed and safe, care for the patients in our hospitals and watch over our research operations," MU Chancellor Brady Deaton said.
In the case that the forecast changes, the university will make an announcement prior to 6 a.m.
