James Miller and Deborah Lewis charged after man found dead in Ferguson Park

Ferguson, Mo. (KSDK) - The Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis has arrested two people in connection to the case of a man found dead in a pickup truck Saturday.

James Carl Miller, 52, of Ferguson and Deborah Ann Lewis, 56, of Jennings are both charged with first degree murder and armed criminal action.

A Ferguson police officer was conducting a routine patrol of January Wabash Park when he found the body of the victim in the bed of a pickup truck.

The investigation revealed the incident occurred in different jurisdiction, and that the suspects were acquainted with the victim.

Miller and Lewis are being held without bond at the St. Louis County Justice Center.

The victim's name has not been released at this time.
