ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KSDK) - It is unlike anything else at Six Flags St. Louis; a coaster that starts backwards.
"So once you're all the way up the lift hill it cuts you loose," explained Elizabeth Gotway with Six Flags St. Louis.
It's also the only ride that sends you through a cobra roll.
"It's a right half corkscrew, a left half corkscrew, a half look and another half loop," Gotway said.
"It's a great roller coaster," said one guest.
It's one that may leave you without a voice.
"I rode it and it was way more intense than I thought it was going to be," Gotway added.
Because Boomerang is a bit deceiving with only 875 feet of track, it seems sort of small. The thing is you ride these tracks twice.
"You're going to go upside down three times one way. You get through that and it pulls you up another identical life hill and it's going to shoot you backwards through that ride," Gotway pointed out.
Hence the name Boomerang, a ride that will probably keep guests coming back for more.
