Who's that girl Taylor Lautner's hanging out with in New York? Scores of Twihards are likely dying to know.
But there's not much to report, yet. Even though Canadian-Greek actress Marie Avgeropoulos is older than Lautner (he's just 21), she's still only 27, so it's not like she's got a long life and career behind her.
At the moment, Avgeropoulos is Lautner's co-star in his current movie, Tracers, now being filmed in New York, which is where paparazzi shots of the strolling couple recently surfaced.
The telltale signs that they are a couple - holding hands, snuggling, the ritual selfie - led gossip hounds at the New York Daily News and the Daily Mail to declare them an official twosome (although the Mail spelled her name wrong). The pictures certainly suggest they're cozy.
Here's what we know about the brunette beauty: According to her IMDb profile, she was born in June 1986 in Thunder Bay, Ontario, on the shores of Lake Superior and grew up in the great Canadian outdoors. Eventually, she ended up in Vancouver where she acquired an agent and work in commercials, until she got her first feature role in I Love You, Beth Cooper in 2009. Soon, she was on her way to Los Angeles on her Harley Davidson motorcycle.
Since then she's had roles in multiple TV series (Fringe, Eureka, 90210, The InBetweeners), TV movies (Fugitive at 17) and a few feature films (Percy Jackson & the Olympians, 50/50). In the fall, she has a role in CW's The Hundred, a sci-fi series about a group of juvenile delinquents sent to check out Earth a century after nuclear holocaust wipes out civilization.
But Tracers is her current big project, for her love life as well. Lautner plays a New York bicycle messenger who escapes into the world of parkour (described as a wholistic training discipline developed by the military) after meeting a beautiful stranger, played by Avgeropoulos.
Gossips says the two have displayed personal chemistry on and off the set, and the latest pap shots seem to confirm that.
