ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - The long-delayed NorthSide Regeneration Project will take center stage at a public hearing Wednesday.
Right now, developer Paul McKee is sitting on an $8 billion plan to redevelop a two square mile area north of downtown, and breathe new life into north city. It includes thousands of homes, office, and retail space.
McKee is looking for $390 million in TIF money to make it happen.
The St. Louis TIF Commission is set to take up the proposal at its next meeting on Wednesday.
