ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - The last time Rev. Larry Rice tried to set up a homeless camp in St. Louis, police shut it down and he went to jail. And now he's trying again: this time, in the name of First Amendment religious freedom.

Integrity Village, as it's called, could go up as early as next week near Interstate 44 and Vandeventer Avenue, not far from the Missouri Botanical Gardens. People who live nearby aren't pleased about the development, but this time Rice has a federal judge on his side.
