ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. (KSDK) - St. Louis County police are asking for help identifying a suspect in two robberies in the north St. Louis County area.
The first robbery happened Friday, Sept. 6 at MO Payday Loans in the 11000 block of West Florissant. Police say a man wearing black pants, a black shirt, and a red hat used pepper spray to assault a victim after demanding cash. He also forced employees to the back of the store before running from the scene.
The second robbery happened Thursday in the 10000 block of West Florissant at the Advanced America Cash Loans location in Dellwood. The victim says the suspect showed a handgun and forced her to give him money from the company's safe before using pepper spray on her and running from the scene.
The suspect was last seen running west on Chambers Road. He is described as an African-American male in his 20s. He was last seen wearing a red, black, and white striped shirt with black pants, black tennis shoes, and wearing a red baseball cap.
