ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - The president of The Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod (LCMS) has released a letter asking congregations to make their own decisions about sponsoring troops with the Boy Scouts of America.
Rev. Dr. Matthew C. Harrison emailed the letter to church workers in response to the BSA's policy change that was announced may 23 to allow homosexual youth to participate in scouting programs.
