St. Clair County, Ill (KSDK) -- A St. Louis man is accused of killing a 23-year-old East St. Louis man outside a Brooklyn strip club.
Illinois state police said the St. Clair County State's Attorney's Office charged Maurice Shelton with one count of murder for the death of Walter Taylor.
Taylor was found shot on the street in front of the Pink Slip Club on November 25.
Police said Shelton is not in custody and worked as a security guard at the club at the time of the murder.
