CARLYLE, Ill. (AP) -- Authorities are trying to pinpoint what sickened more than 20 people last week at the Carlyle Lake marina in southern Illinois.
Officials say at least ten people who attended the Carlyle Sailing Association's Visitors Day on June Tenth and at least 12 who attended a junior sailing camp there last week experienced diarrhea and vomiting.
Clinton County Health Department Administrator Mike McMillan says the investigation so far has not identified any commonalities among those who became ill.
Tom Pinkel is head of the sailing association. And he says the club plans to reopen the marina Thursday.
