(CNN) -- Actor John Travolta says there is no truth to the claim that he sexually assaulted a masseur.
In a statement released from his representative, Travolta calls the lawsuit "a complete fiction and fabrication."
According to the "Pulp Fiction" actor, he was on the East Coast on the day of the alleged incident in California.
The plaintiff is currently being identified as John Doe.
Travolta hopes to have the case thrown out and plans to sue the attorney and plaintiff for malicious prosecution.
