WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ark. (KFSM/CNN) - A stabbing victim in Washington County, Ark. credits her dog with saving her life.
Lisseth Martinez says a man knocked on her door, asked for directions, then attacked her. That's when her dog went into action.
"My black dog saw it and it just jumped on him. The only thing that I did was grab from right here, I came in the house and put lock on it. When I opened it, I saw that I was bleeding," said Martinez.
She was stitched up at a hospital.
Police are still looking for the suspect.
