LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WGAL) - A Pennsylvania woman is facing multiple charges after her new pit bull attacked her 5-year-old niece.
Mary Jones left the dog alone with several children at her Conestoga Township home prior to the attack.
After the child was bitten and taken to the hospital, Jones went to the Millersville pizza parlor where the woman who sold her the dog worked.
After a brief argument, Jones lunged over the counter and attacked the woman.
A police officer eating in the restaurant broke up the fight.
