St. Louis, MO (KSDK) -- A fourth suspect is charged in the murder of Javon Durham, the City of St. Louis Police Department said Tuesday.
35-year-old Marshall Burrage is charged with second degree murder, armed criminal action and produce or attempt to possess with intent to distribute/deliver/manufacture a controlled substance.
Police say at approximately 11:40 a.m. on May 19, officers located 19-year-old Javon Durham lying on the ground in the 4500 block of Mary.
Durham had been shot in the chest and back. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Three other suspects have also been charged in the murder of Durham.
Antuan Pullem, 19, and Markeith Brown, 22, are charged with second degree murder.
Thomas Brooks, 26, is charged with second degree murder, armed criminal action and unlawful possession of a weapon.
Burrage is in police custody. Bond information is not yet available.
Pullem, Brown and Brooks are also in police custody. Pullem is being held on $500,000 bond. Brown is being held at $300,00 bond.
